This is because compounded items are shipped directly to you by a Compounding Pharmacy in Brisbane, while the other items in your cart are shipped by us, resulting in two separate shipping fees.
SCRIPT REQUIRED : Compounded items marked with a pink "SCRIPT" icon can be ordered today. After placing your order, our system will automatically email you a draft script listing the compounds you selected. A prescribing doctor must sign this script and return it to us before the pharmacy can begin processing your order. You should receive this script in your inbox (or possibly your junk folder) within 1-3 minutes of placing your order.
NON SCRIPT : If the compounded item does not have a pink "SCRIPT" icon, you will not need to return a signed script after placing your order.
SHIPPING TIMES : Please allow up to 6 business days for all compounded items to be shipped.
